1 Once you have contacted us and made an appointment we will come to your home and spend some time discussing your requirements and taking various measurements.
2 Once your design is completed we will call you and arrange for you to see and approve the design. |

3 Should you wish to award the work to us we will request a 50% deposit and set a firm start date (our start dates are set in concrete) usually not less than three weeks after deposit has been received.
4 Once our qualified and experienced fitters arrive on site they will carry the work through to its entire completion.
5 Once you are totally satisfied with the end result the balance of payment shall become due. |
